One of the biggest hurdles we face is that our current setup only links to SAP closing tasks, and because the underlying processes require full automation before they can be configured in the AFC, we are stuck in a cycle of constant maintenance that relies heavily on IT support; AFC list update should be managed by the business itself instead of depending on IT, and last but not least, there are limitations on the dashboard view and so on.
