What do you like best about Sangfor Cloud Platform?

Our overall experience with Sangfor HCI has been very positive. The implementation went smoothly and was completed in about one month, with the deployment handled directly by the Sangfor team. Their principal engineer was knowledgeable, responsive, and easy to collaborate with throughout the process.

Since going live, the platform has remained very stable, with no critical downtime, major performance problems, or significant operational incidents. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sangfor Cloud Platform?

The reporting capabilities feel relatively limited compared with the platform’s core infrastructure features. The reports that are available work well enough for basic operational monitoring, but more detailed, customizable, and executive-level reporting would strengthen capacity planning, support deeper performance analysis, and improve overall management visibility.

Its simple, centralized management, competitive cost, high-availability capabilities, and strong technical support. The platform is easy to use for day-to-day infrastructure management, which helps our IT team reduce administrative complexity and keep operations running smoothly.
