What do you like best about Sami?

Sami truly makes campaign management much less stressful for me and the team. It automates my optimization rules, which are based on the offline conversions I’ve set up, keeps my budgets in check, and saves me hours each week. I particularly appreciate the real-time alerts on Slack, they let me know right away which ads are performing well, which ones aren’t, and when any campaigns or ads are paused. This gives me complete peace of mind, knowing that nothing is being overlooked.

What do you dislike about Sami?

I know the team is already working on this, but there’s definitely room to improve the UX/UI, some parts are not smooth or intuitive.

What problems is Sami solving and how is that benefiting you?

Sami is solving the headache of manual campaign management. For context, before Sami, I had to constantly monitor performance, adjust budgets, pause underperforming ads, and stay on top of pacing, especially across multiple platforms. Now, Sami automates those workflows for me, even using offline conversions, so I’m not stuck in the ad manager all day.
