Samhub lacks native bi-directional sync with our shipment management platform. Even after a carrier’s compliance status updates in Samhub, our dispatch team still sees outdated records in our routing tool. With only one part-time IT resource, building custom API connections is not feasible, so our staff has to manually flag and update carrier eligibility for each load.
