What do you like best about Sam the AI Recruiter?

It helps me save a tremendous amount of time for the first screening. This truly end-to-end. Very easy to set up and the added-value is immediate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sam the AI Recruiter?

Still a few things missing but I am sure they will add those features very soon. Caller ID and specific country code for the phone number used to call candidate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sam the AI Recruiter solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is extremely time-consuming to schedule, listen to, and assess candidates. But it is also very important to do it well. Great candidates are rare. They don't wait. They are good and will land a job very quickly. Secondly, we are also very biased by nature. I think I like the idea that when a candidate clicks to apply, he/she can get a call back immediately and get a chance to let his talent talk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
