What do you like best about Salv?

Customer support is intimate and always thorough and prompt. We are able to optimise a lot by talking directly to our customer care managers. It has helped us a lot to centralise our transaction monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salv?

It's not as customisable as I would like, particularly with reporting needs. They are very responsive on what we need but it is difficult to pull data out of the product. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Salv:

Great solution to compliance requirements for transaction monitoring. There are definitely more features than we utilise too that I suspect will add value. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salv solving and how is that benefiting you?

It's allowed us to create risk scoring for our customers so that we can determine which transactions are most likely to require detailed transaction monitoring. Our previous method had significantly worse case management. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
