Would be cool to integrate better with ChannelAdvisor (now Rithum). **What problems is Salsify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Having image paths and product data in one place to feed marketplaces. ### 2. This includes 2D and 3D imagery, ingredients, package dimensions, etc. etc. - very helpful to make our website a great experience for our own customers. **What do you dislike about Salsify?** Dislike is a strong word, but it's worth noting there's a bit of a learning curve, particularly in regards to formulas and import formats. **What problems is Salsify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Salsify helps us enrich our product data from our ERP platform en route to our e-commerce site. It is a very streamlined platform for managing content. **What problems is Salsify solving and how is that benefiting you?** It helps businesses with ecommerce integrations such that content writers can focus on producing content in one place and syndicating to sales channels through customizable data feeds. ### 8. Rather than sourcing through various Excels, sharepoints, we transfers and other platforms, everything lives in one place in Salsify. Once you learn how to use the tool it is super effective for the organization. **What do you dislike about Salsify?** Salsify is a bit overwhelming for a new user. It can take a while for the organization to onboard the tool and learn how to use it properly. There are a lot of glitches connecting to our DAM, and the system can get overwhelmed/shut off. **What problems is Salsify solving and how is that benefiting you?** Quickly finding information for products. Establishing direct connections/API to feed item information to retailers. Exporting large quantities of information.
