What do you like best about SalesWarp?

I love that it helps improve retail operations, warehousing, inventory, and I love that it merges with eBay and Amazon. I actually use it to help with my ecommerce store as well. I enjoy that it provides support. I like how it organizes each customer with a number, a category, and an ID code. The software is user-friendly and it works well on my HP computers at work. Using this software, I've been able to manage our in-shop sales and our in-person sales. We have seen great sales growth due to having this software. We have also reached more customers and clientele through the use of this as well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesWarp?

There is nothing that I dislike. I really enjoy the versatility. Its multi-channel properties really help me as a business owner and an employee. The employees and the managers here absolutely love the infrastructure of the software and we like the ease of use. I have no complaints or bothersome issues. Recommendations to others considering SalesWarp:

I would use this software with a newer computer. I would also use this with any inventory and sales needs. This software is great for retail businesses and warehouses. What problems is SalesWarp solving and how is that benefiting you?

I've just needed to reinstall sometimes due to freezing. I don't think it has anything to do with Saleswarp, but I think my older PC has trouble with the software being able to work without freezing. I'm hoping that I can get a newer PC and then redownload this software to the PC. Our workflow at work has been improved and streamlined through utilizing Saleswarp! I like the dashboard layout. I also liked being able to process returns efficiently with no problems at all. I like that the additional functionality in this software is provided by some of the integrations that they have with other platforms. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
