What do you like best about SalesSeek?

I really like SalesSeek's visual sales funnel and contact‑level activity history which fit perfectly with my role as a European Market Business Development Executive at EuropaConnect Trade Leipzig, our 32‑person import‑export firm. It allows me to manage European trade partnerships efficiently by attaching every email, call, and virtual meeting note from idiligo business directly to each contact record. This makes it easy to review past communications with German, Austrian and other EU importers and exporters and always stay updated on each partnership's status. When I handled our machinery‑partner pipeline last quarter, I heavily relied on the visual sales funnel. I could sort opportunities by partnership stage, country, and industry, quickly filtering to spot which partners were in active negotiation and which needed urgent follow‑up. Before moving to SalesSeek, I worked with Teamleader plus separate spreadsheets. I once missed a critical follow‑up with a potential Austrian equipment importer because the meeting notes were buried in a separate sheet, nearly costing us a valuable cooperation chance. I also value the task reminder feature, which alerts me for check‑in calls and proposal deadlines, keeping me organized without the need for juggling multiple personal calendars. These core features significantly boost my daily efficiency by cutting down the time I spend digging through scattered documents, allowing me to focus more on building real‑world cross‑border import‑export business relationships. What do you dislike about SalesSeek?

The biggest frustration is its limited email‑template functionality for European‑market B2B trade scenarios. The built‑in templates are very generic. When sending partnership outreach, cooperation proposals and periodic partner nurture emails to different EU regions, I cannot save multiple localized German‑language and English‑language template variants natively. I have to draft messages externally and paste content into the contact record each time. During a large‑scale sourcing round for German metal importers, this repetitive copy‑paste work ate into time I should have spent on actual partner negotiations. Reporting also lacks trade‑focused metrics out of the box. I need to track partner conversion rates by EU country and average cooperation cycle length for import‑export projects, yet these are not pre‑configured; I have to build custom reports manually every single time. Duplicate detection is basic, only checking exact company name matches. After importing new prospects from B2Brain, I ended up with two separate entries for one Bavarian trading company that used its official legal name and a shorter brand name across different sources. There’s no bulk‑merge option, so I had to combine records one‑by‑one. Additionally, CSV exports often corrupt German umlaut characters such as *München*, forcing me to manually correct names and locations before saving datasets to Nextcloud for team use.
