"Reports Tab and Live Call Assistance That Keep Leads on Track"

What do you like best about Salesplix?

The reports tab helps a lot moving forward in day-to-day activities. It saves the leads from going out of touch and cold as it generates a whole list like which leads to touch and every possible insight we need daily as a salesperson. The live call assistance also helped a lot in the early days when I had little experience in handling objections and making my call quality better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesplix?

The transcript that is generated from the call is usually not so accurate and of little use if we need to remember the call. I have to listen to the recording to get the insights as reading the transcript becomes difficult. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesplix solving and how is that benefiting you?

Salesplix is a platform that helps me keep my end-to-end sales cycle organized in one place. I do not need to write down every little detail about every client on paper and end up forgetting about it. Even for the follow-ups and meetings that I set and tend to forget, it gives both me and the client constant reminders so that we keep it on track and close it. It also helps me in segregating which leads I need to focus more on, who are qualified, who are junk or lost, so that I can plan my days, weeks, and calls accordingly. It also helps me predict the sales for the month and helps me review and work on where I lack in the funnel, which saves me from being clueless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
