One of my favourite features is the option to customise dashboards based on user roles. I also enjoy being able to generate subscribed reports that are sent to stakeholders on a regular basis. Just so I could manage our Salesforce instance, I earned my admin certification. I've since added lead generating tools, a CLM, and stage logic for various sales business processes.
