What do you like best about Salesmsg?

I really like how Salesmsg has integrated AI technology, which is fully embraced and helps us focus real human interactions on higher value leads or prospects. The ease of access and having the built-in AI handle all the basic tier 1 tasks allow for allocation of resources to more critical tasks. The initial setup was fairly easy, and I also appreciate that it is fully integrated with our CRM via API, streamlining our processes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmsg?

I need a video tutorial or product demo explaining all the individual features Salesmsg is capable of doing to its maximum. A product or feature-specific demo, instructing a user on how to navigate and set up each of the tools would be really helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
