What do you like best about Salesmate?

Price was the first consideration when looking for a new CRM a few months ago, and Salesmate has a friendly pricing system. Some features are a must have for what I need done, so I was forced into the highest tier plan, but it was still more affordable than what I had previously been using and other providers that I looked into. What do you dislike about Salesmate?

I dislike the cost of sending text messages and for phone minutes, being that every interaction costs more money. The amount billed each month isn't that month currently, but it can certaintly become exorbitant if not managed carefully. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Salesmate?

We’re a wedding planning company with a 10-member team, and we mainly use Salesmate for CRM and lead tracking. The platform has really simplified the way we manage and track lead status, which has directly improved our lead conversions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesmate?

It is such a good all around system of keeping track of everything happening with your business. It has automations built in, so many ways to stay organized, and it's always improving. The customer service is second to none as well- the Salesmate team is always there to answer your questions and help, anytime of day. They truly want to provide the best for us. What do you dislike about Salesmate?

What I like best about Salesmate is how intuitive and clean the interface is. It’s easy to navigate even for team members who aren’t very tech-savvy. The customization options for pipelines, activities, and automations are powerful yet simple to use, making our daily workflow much more efficient and organized. While Salesmate is great overall, the A2P verification process can take longer than expected, which delays texting features. The team is always ready to support with my Qs, incredibly polite and well versed in offering backend support for anything that needs troubleshooting. Their system has made it super easy to develop follow-up sequences with prospects, call, text and email from 1 location and connects smoothly with FB/Meta, which I use often.
