What do you dislike about Saleshandy?

All the great things don't matter because your clients won't receive the emails. Let me explain. They are partnering-up with the 3rd party tool called TrulyInbox for email warm-ups. A few days ago I've noticed a significant drop in the open rates (both for warm-up and outbound emails) and decided to reach out to support regarding this. The support managed tried to assure me it was just a visual mistake and that there is a data discrepancy between the actual deliverability percent and the one that is shown. Of course it wasn't.

After I continued trying to get to the bottom of this, they admitted there is an issue with the RCA (Root Cause Analysis), but it has already been fixed and everything will be fine soon and I can resume my outbound sequences tomorrow. However, after running multiple inbox tests it turned out that the actual deliverability rate of my emails are less than 25% and the reputation of my domain has been completely ruined.

I have been requesting the call with somebody to clarify this situation, but only got responses like "we are sorry that it happened" and "we are working hard to fix it", meanwhile my existing customers don't receive emails from me because Salehandy partners up with random 3rd party tool. I like that Saleshandy gives me a reliable, scalable engine for outbound prospecting. The sequence builder, custom fields, and sender rotation make it easy to personalise at scale without losing control of deliverability. What really stands out is how flexible it is — I can plug in my own research prompts, enrichment logic, and AI-generated insights, then have everything flow directly into multi-step campaigns. The common drawbacks with Saleshandy is B2B outreach at scale and its deliverability limitations. The platform kept flagging and shutting down our internal Outlook inboxes. I like using Saleshandy for cold emailing and warming up my email inbox. It solves the main problem of sending 1000+ emails in one click and provides delivery, email open, and click tracking. The email warmup feature is great for sending emails. I find it very helpful when crafting emails as it shows how spammy the email is, which helps me improve deliverability by spotting spam triggers early. I really like that Saleshandy allows me to use multiple emails, which is helpful for running cold emailing campaigns. This way, when the reputation of one email suffers, others can still bring in leads. Another fantastic feature is the access to over 700 million potential leads. It's also more affordable than the product I used before, Apollo, and the platform allows me to manage multiple email accounts at once. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.
