**What do you like best about Saleshandy?**

I use Saleshandy for its outreach and lead finder features. The outreach feature makes it easy to assign campaigns and allows me to add follow-ups. I really like its warm-up process because it helps me warm up my email account, which has improved my delivery score and reduced my spam rate.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

Everything went well but in lead finder for keywords filter they don’t provide exclude option that was a drawback.

**What problems is Saleshandy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Saleshandy for outreach, enabling easy campaign assignments and follow-ups, and the lead finder for finding relevant leads. The warm-up process boosts my email delivery score and reduces spam rates.

**What do you like best about Saleshandy?**

I like that Saleshandy gives me a reliable, scalable engine for outbound prospecting. The sequence builder, custom fields, and sender rotation make it easy to personalise at scale without losing control of deliverability. What really stands out is how flexible it is — I can plug in my own research prompts, enrichment logic, and AI-generated insights, then have everything flow directly into multi-step campaigns. It’s simple to use, fast to test, and gives me clear visibility into what’s performing across different ICPs. Overall, it lets me run highly personalised, data-driven outreach with minimal friction.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

The main limitation is that some of the more advanced workflows require creative workarounds. For example, deeper personalisation or multi-source enrichment often relies on external tools rather than being native inside Saleshandy. Reporting could also be more detailed, especially when analysing performance across multiple ICPs or comparing messaging variations at scale. None of these are blockers, but they’re areas where additional functionality would make the platform even stronger.

**What problems is Saleshandy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Saleshandy solves the challenge of running personalised, high-volume outbound without needing a complex tech stack. It lets me take deep research, enrichment prompts, and custom insights, then operationalise them into multi-step sequences that run automatically. This removes the manual effort of writing every email, chasing follow-ups, or tracking engagement.

The benefit is huge: I can reach more prospects, with far more relevance, in far less time. It also gives me reliable analytics on opens, clicks, and replies, so I can refine messaging, improve deliverability, and build a consistent pipeline. Overall, it turns my outbound process into a predictable, data-driven engine rather than an ad-hoc task.

I use Saleshandy mainly for finding the email IDs and phone numbers of potential sponsor leads for my FSAE team, Orion. I love how it has made finding phone numbers so easy, especially using its LinkedIn extension. The extension feature is fantastic because it directly gives you all the verified information with just one click. The tool itself feels so ahead of its competition. The initial setup of Saleshandy for my team was seamless. I would rate it a solid 10 out of 10 for recommending it to a friend or colleague.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

Occasionally some contacts are outdated. I would love if Saleshandy integrated a verifier for it.

I appreciate Saleshandy for its excellent database that offers a lot of leads, making it easier to find potential clients. Compared to other similar tools, Saleshandy is easier to use and more user-friendly. I like how it allows you to find what you're looking for faster without being overly complex; the right lead list can be achieved with just a few filters. Additionally, the initial setup of Saleshandy was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

I think it could be improved by adding exclude keywords to narrow the list more.

I use Saleshandy for finding potential clients. It has an excellent database with a lot of leads, making it easier and more user-friendly than other tools I've tried. You find what you're looking for faster with a few right filters.

I like that Saleshandy provides me with a massive database of prospects, saving me from spending extra time searching. I also appreciate that it gives me the contact info of prospects. Additionally, I enjoy the ability to make and store lists of all prospect data. The initial setup was really easy, which is a big plus too.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

The credits run out too fast when using Saleshandy. It uses up too many credits to reveal contact information.

Saleshandy provides a massive database of prospects, saving me time on searching, and gives me contact info directly. I like the ability to make a list and store all prospect data conveniently.

Couldn't use, they didn't deliver the produccct/service

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

Saleshandy was not functional for me. There were broken promises on pre-warmed domains, which was frustrating.  Promise: on average 80 days old  domain, in reality 30 days old (quite a difference, I know). Promise: 12 weeks pre-warmed emails (i see it impossible with a30 days old domain).

**What problems is Saleshandy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

No problems solved; the product was not functional.

**What do you like best about Saleshandy?**

I really like that Saleshandy allows me to use multiple emails, which is helpful for running cold emailing campaigns. This way, when the reputation of one email suffers, others can still bring in leads. Another fantastic feature is the access to over 700 million potential leads. It's also more affordable than the product I used before, Apollo, and the platform allows me to manage multiple email accounts at once. Plus, the initial setup was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Saleshandy?**

They should make the free trial a month instead of 7 days. The subscription should cut across all benefits, not limited to lead finder or cold emailing.

**What problems is Saleshandy solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Saleshandy for cold email sequences and accessing verified emails, which helps me find leads effectively.
