"Email and LinkedIn in one sequence, finally"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Salesforge?

Cross-channel logic lives in the sequence itself. If a contact has no email, the flow goes LinkedIn only; if they answer an email, the LinkedIn steps stop on their own. Before Salesforge we kept that in a separate script that checked replies between two tools. Workspaces keep each client apart while billing stays on one account, which is exactly what an agency needs. The validation step on upload flagged addresses our other two checkers missed, mostly guessed initials on public mail domains. Chat support is quick, and when something breaks they look at the logs and tell you the actual cause. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforge?

The API has rough edges. Some bad requests come back as a 500 instead of a clear error. A misspelled custom variable field is accepted with a 201 and silently dropped, so you have to read every upload back. You can't update a contact's custom variables after upload. Waits shorter than a day on action steps aren't enforced (waits on condition steps are). The docs describe less than the API actually does, so expect to test things yourself.
