What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

Cost - Can be expensive, especially for smaller businesses. Pricing model is complex with different editions.

Steep learning curve - Despite intuitive interface, it can still be difficult for non-technical users to learn all features.

Customization limitations - While customizable, changing core objects/tables is not possible which restricts extreme customization.

Data integration issues - Integrating data from non-Salesforce sources can be tricky requiring APIs and middleware.

Limited offline access - Mobile app has minimal functionality when offline. Full access requires internet connectivity.

Reporting limitations - Report builder is not very user friendly. Standard reports have limited customization options.

Slow performance - Can suffer slow response times when database size grows substantially big.

No open source version - Being proprietary software, only Salesforce can enhance features and fix bugs.

Vendor lock-in - High switching costs make it difficult to change CRM platforms once implemented.

Add-on costs - Many useful features require extra add-ons/modules at additional cost.

So in summary, drawbacks revolve around cost, complexity, customization constraints, integration challenges, availability limitations and potential performance issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
