The best in class services and very affordable initial pricing. It is one of the best CRM tools that my team have used in the past. My team was a large sales team and since most of the things were operated from a central location, Salesforce offered a great advantage over its competitors. The initial pricing though is low but the features were a little less and if we look for high end features I would have to pay high prices.
