What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The ability to plan client visits in one easy place makes our visits far more productive. With a large client database, it would be easy to miss current (and prospect) clients when visiting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

This may be my training but I need a cleaner way to export when I have a few clients selected (again this could be my training). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Salesforce Sales Cloud:

Not only does it shortcut the process to gather information, we would easily miss clients if we did not visually see it. It makes planning any visit FAR more productive and cost-effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

We have realized a much stronger relationship with current clients and prospective clients are always impressed when we take the time to visit when we are in the area. It clearly shows our commitment to them and they probably have no idea how easy it is to plan and plan our visits. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
