"Lightning Makes a Big Difference "

What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

The UI/UX re-design of Salesforce from Classic has made me appreciate it much more from an end-user perspective. Really like that when I view account records, updates about the company will populate in my news feed. With Lightning, there's also now consistency with the mobile app UI too. What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

It's still a bit tough to find your way around. Case and point: I can't figure out how to restructure my top level tabs (accounts, contacts, dashboards) etc. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Salesforce Sales Cloud:

It really depends on company size. There are much more simple yet powerful CRMs available on the market today. That said, Salesforce integrates with EVERYTHING...so in many cases, it's going to be the best system of record. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
