Recommendations to others considering Salesforce Sales Cloud:

Hire an internal Salesforce Administrator who is very skilled and knowledgeable in Salesforce. And as your company grows, grow your Salesforce staff with it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Sales Cloud solving and how is that benefiting you?

The ability to gather information quickly on what’s happening with multiple accounts you may not have direct access to. With intel reports we require our team members to submit daily, I can see what is happening across our city and see where to divert our efforts. It all comes in an easy email format so I don’t have to spend time calling each report to see what is happening with their account. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
