Salesforce is the most complete sales tool in the world. It's amazing how we can organize our leads. I've tested several systems before, but none has brought me as many features as Salesforce. There are several different categories of management, allowing the organization of all customer information. There are also customization options so that we can make the system more operational. Of course, there is still a lot to improve, but the tool is almost perfect and extremely promising on the market. The main quality of Salesforce, in my opinion, is the variety and quantity of reports that can be generated in the system. It is possible to manage ALL the information of the leads, it is incredible! I think the system should try a new modern design. The current design is good, but it leaves something to be desired. The design could be more intuitive and more beautiful. We could customize the icons and colors in our own way. Color categorization can go a long way in separating the system's functions, which would greatly facilitate its use. An easy way to solve this would be to add customization menus in the upper right corner of the system, allowing the user to change the colors of the titles in the categories. The system also falls short when we have a slow connection, which means that the pages are still very heavy, which could be solved with a simpler and more practical HTML.
