What do you like best about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

If you are using Salesforce, this is another one of their implementations that was a result of a 3rd party purchases. Because it exists within Salesforce CRM, it makes tracking outreach and contact information within the program extremely simplified without having the need to import or export data at any point. What do you dislike about Salesforce Sales Cloud?

This program add on was meant to be Salesforce's response to outreach/cadence based offerings like Salesloft but it seems to have been completed with too much haste and has some major issues and drawbacks. My biggest complaint is that the cadence building options are extremely limited and of the options available, tracking is well behind the curve. Tracking should be implemented natively and not as an optional user add on. When choosing to add the "open" tracking and "link tracking" options within the cadence builder, it branches off that cadence line with three new lines which makes execution of cadences a cumbersome burden.
