I dont have any dislikes with in till now Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Education (formerly Salesforce Education Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Like I mentioned managed packages is a great advantage of not doing everything from scratch Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
