What do you like best about Agentforce Education (formerly Salesforce Education Cloud)?

I love salesforce for higher ed because it allows me to track all student and customer data and sort by city Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Education (formerly Salesforce Education Cloud)?

The price per license is very expensive and makes it tough for higher educators and schools to use this crm Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
