Salesforce for Higher Ed is finally just that, Salesforce that has been tweeked to work with higher education institutes. What do you dislike about Agentforce Education (formerly Salesforce Education Cloud)? If you already had Salesforce set up in your org before Higher Ed was announced it can be hard to transition and keep all of your data intact. That said, it has a lot more benefits than minus at this point. It can be hard to administer and you will need a full time admin to make this work for you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Agentforce Education (formerly Salesforce Education Cloud): There are really only two solutions out there now. Salesforce for Higher Ed or Slate. Slate may be easier initially but Salesforce is the industry leader in CRM technology and should be the main selling point. We are glad we switched and haven't looked back yet. The ability for counselors to create tasks for themselves and log activities has been outstanding.
