What do you like best about Agentforce Education (formerly Salesforce Education Cloud)?

OOD allows connections across many different objects. Opportunities allow admission to track application through matriculation (and beyond for those who want to venture into current student enrollment) and more. Open source provides this platform with the ability to meet almost any requirement by Higher Education institutions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Education (formerly Salesforce Education Cloud)?

Some updates that should already be available, but have been taking time due to upvotes on the PowerofUs Hub (i.e. e-mail report .xls to user). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Education (formerly Salesforce Education Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

We are using this platform to track throughout enrollment funnel from Lead to Matriculation. Tracking conversions and knowing what lead sources provide the best ROI is helpful is planning purposefully for each recruitment cycle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
