I would like the platform to be a little simpler, because personally I consider it to be very robust because it contains too much information at first glance, which tends to confuse the first time you use it, it has a large number of alternatives and variants that a process of training to be able to use it correctly, in this regard it would be useful for the software provider to have more channels of attention and technical support to help with the different requirements that may arise.
