I would like the platform to be a little simpler, because personally I consider it to be very robust because it contains too much information at first glance, which tends to confuse the first time you use it, it has a large number of alternatives and variants that a process of training to be able to use it correctly, in this regard it would be useful for the software provider to have more channels of attention and technical support to help with the different requirements that may arise. We have managed to automate many processes, especially the sales processes and product creation based on the information collected by the Salesforce software that not only collects the information but also performs real-time analysis of user behavior on the web, which which allows us to know these needs in real time and focus our efforts on creating specific strategies for each user, these have allowed us to increase sales by a percentage greater than 20% in the last quarter.
