It is an excellent tool to personalize web experiences, it helps collect a large amount of data which facilitates the creation of campaigns, it also helps to understand customer behavior, it is very easy to launch new campaigns, it also has a great analysis engine , it has an amazing support team that is always available, it is a very powerful tool that can do almost anything you need. The only aspect that I think needs to be improved is a user interface, it should be a little more modern and easy to use, it is the only detail that I would like to improve a little, for everything else I have no problem.
