What do you like best about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?

First of all the UI is wonderful, it's easy to understand and use it. I have never felt many difficulties understanding the system/process. Also, the customizations offered are world-class. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)?

It is quite on the higher spectrum in terms of pricing, and onboarding the whole team is quite a hit on our budget, Apart from that, everything looks good and is the best product Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Marketing, customer journeys, getting pain points, helping in solving and becoming a better business. Running campaigns and marketing is good from here, help a lot Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
