I love that it is easy to configure, highly customizable, and flexible. Salesforce is one of the most customizable CRM that I've used since starting my career in sales. From adding or deleting custom fields and objects to integrating third-party add-ons. With the Salesforce AppExchange, I love the ability to tailor the CRM to my business needs. What do you dislike about Agentforce Marketing (formerly Salesforce Marketing Cloud)? The only concern with SalesForce is that I don't see it as useful for a startup company with less than 80 employees. This is an industrial-based platform made to handle big businesses itself.
