What do you like best about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

Lightning provides a more streamlined experience. As a Salesperson it makes it easy to see where in the process of filling out and developing an Opportunity I am. The more visually oriented setup makes it easier to focus on what's important, rather than having to root around for the details I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

The callout boxes, dropdown menus and windows are definitely wonky - having worked across a dozen monitors they never seem to fit the screen properly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
