What do you like best about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

I love how data can be filtered into multiple reports and we can even define the view access for each report. The tool offers integrations with other tools that my organization uses so it's easy to access the entire journey from a single source.

The new lighting experience is user-friendly and much more intuitive than the classic version so that's a great update! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

The email activity can sometimes get jumbled and see emails of a certain date show later in the sequence. Not sure why that happens but it's a minor issue but something that can be fixed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform) solving and how is that benefiting you?

I can have access to all the tasks and data related to my customer on a single platform. I can split overall team data to form multiple reports for a better understanding of where our deals lie. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
