What do you like best about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

Salesforce mobile makes it easy to see reports, dashboards and alerts when I am not able to be at my computer. If I, for instance, have a dentist appointment, I can continue to see my teams wants/needs even while sitting in the dentist chair and continue to be helpful throughout. What do you dislike about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

Changing/editing reports and dashboards is extremely difficult on mobile and I have not been able to find other people calendars to schedule tasks when necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform) solving and how is that benefiting you?

Generally the problem I am solving is that I am for one reason or another, unable to be at my computer but still need access to my salesforce profile. The largest benefit to this is that I can do my job from anywhere even if I am unable to connect to wifi. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
