What do you like best about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

Salesforce is simplistic to use and is very user friendly. The courses are great, as well as the webinars. I have recommended Salesforce to several of my colleagues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Headless 360 Platform (formerly Salesforce Platform)?

The only dislike is the actual onboardinf process. I would like for it to be a bit more detailed and simplistic, like the software. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
