What do you like best about Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Salesforce Financial Services Cloud)?

Great cloud based CRM on the market. Wide range of uses which include record management. I recommend this to all.

I have dealt with customer service which I found was top notch! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Agentforce Financial Services (formerly Salesforce Financial Services Cloud)?

The price is definitely more expensive. But you get what you pay for so I do understand why it's priced higher than other alternatives.
