What do you like best about Salesforce Financial Services Cloud?

What do you dislike about Salesforce Financial Services Cloud?

One of the main downsides of Salesforce Financial Services Cloud is its complexity, especially for new users who may need considerable training to use the platform efficiently. The initial setup and customization can be time-consuming, and implementation may require technical expertise. Some features can feel overwhelming, and navigating between different sections is not always intuitive. Additionally, the cost of licenses, integrations, and ongoing maintenance can be high, particularly for smaller organizations.
