What do you dislike about Salesforce B2B Commerce?

I don't find any issue using the world's #1 CRM; it's fantastic. The UI or the feel or the speed and all. Also, it has customization of UI where you can fit what you want based on user requirements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Salesforce B2B Commerce solving and how is that benefiting you?

It keeps track of everything, from Customer to product to feedback. So customers get a one-stop solution. Even it can be helpful if you have something legacy which can be accommodated with Salesforce as a dataset. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
