I really like Salesforce Backup & Recover because it makes sure my data is always available. When incidents like accidental deletions happen, I feel safe knowing that my data is backed up and can be recovered. It's very valuable for maintaining data within my firm. The initial setup was super easy; you just connect it to the organization and start doing your backups. I think it's great that there are alerts and information, which adds to its usefulness. I think understanding why certain recoveries don't work is a bit challenging. The errors that are reported aren't very clear, and then you have to reach out to support.
