The Salesforce backup & recover product is very intuitive and easy to use. On many occasions, I’ve been able to pull up the text file and locate information that was inadvertently deleted or overwritten, without having to do a full restore. There’s not much to dislike about the Salesforce backup & recovery product. If I had any complaint, it would be that restoring small pieces of data can be difficult. Many times, I find it more efficient to review the backups and restore the missing data myself rather than using the system, because I don’t want to overwrite any data that’s been added since the issue occurred.
