What do you like best about Salesforce Backup & Recover?

What I like most about Salesforce Backup & Recover is the level of control it provides over data protection and recovery. Instead of relying on basic export tools, it allows us to maintain consistent backups and restore data in a much more granular and reliable way.

A key advantage is the ability to compare data versions and selectively restore records, which is extremely useful in scenarios involving accidental deletions or incorrect updates caused by integrations or user actions.

What do you dislike about Salesforce Backup & Recover?

Salesforce Backup & Recover helps us address the risk of data loss and lack of reliable recovery options in complex environments. Before that, we relied on basic export tools and limited recovery features, which were not sufficient for handling large-scale data issues or accidental changes.

With Backup & Recover, we can maintain consistent backups and restore data at a much more granular level. This is especially valuable in scenarios involving accidental deletions, incorrect updates from integrations, or data corruption, where we need precise control over what to recover.
