"Easy to run campaigns and catalogs in one commerce environment"
4/5
What do you like best about Salesforce B2C Commerce?

I like that merchandising work and order information can live in the same commerce environment. Catalog updates, promotions, and what customers actually bought are not completely separate tasks. When a campaign is running, we can check products, pricing, and orders without jumping across too many tools. For our team, this is more helpful than having a shop site that only sells and a CRM that only stores names. Salesforce around it also helps after the purchase, but the daily value for me is the store operation itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Salesforce B2C Commerce?

Business Manager has many screens, so it is easy to lose where a setting lives. Promotion rules and catalog data also become complicated if too many people edit them. Storefront changes often need a developer, even for a change that looks small on the page. I do not think this is a defect of the product alone. It is more that the tool is wide, and our team needs a clear owner for each area. Without that, small updates take longer than expected. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
