What I like most about the AI receptionist is that it can handle calls when no one is available to answer. It captures the reason for the call, gathers the basic details, and passes that information along instead of simply routing the caller to voicemail. I also appreciate that we can set different instructions based on the type of call, so it doesn’t have to treat every customer the same way. Being able to review the call afterward is helpful when we need to confirm exactly what the customer was asking for. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The main thing I’d improve is the setup process for the AI receptionist. There are a lot of options for how calls should be handled, and it can take a few tries to get the responses and call flow exactly right. Every so often, the receptionist also needs clearer instructions to handle unusual or unexpected questions. Once the setup is properly tuned, it works well, but getting to that point can take some patience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
