What do you like best about SalesCaptain?

What I like most is the AI receptionist, because it can handle the first interaction without making a prospect feel like they’re talking to a basic automated system. When someone reaches out while our team is busy, it can reply to the initial question and gather the details we need before handing the conversation off. That way, we don’t have to worry about missing every incoming message. It’s also especially helpful outside of working hours, when there isn’t anyone available to respond right away. What do you dislike about SalesCaptain?

The AI receptionist could be a little more flexible when handling unusual or very specific questions. Sometimes a conversation needs a bit more context before the response feels completely natural. For example, if a prospect asks something outside the usual flow, I’d prefer the AI to recognize that situation sooner and hand it over to a person. What problems is SalesCaptain solving and how is that benefiting you?

The biggest problem SalesCaptain helps us solve is managing incoming inquiries when our team isn’t available to respond immediately. The AI receptionist can handle the initial conversation, answer common questions, and gather basic details from the person reaching out. When someone contacts us after hours, they don’t have to wait until the next morning to get a response. By the time our team is back online, we already have helpful context about the inquiry and can decide the best way to follow up.
