What do you like best about SalesCaptain?

What I like most about SalesCaptain is how it helps me see where my sales efforts are actually paying off. Instead of manually checking every lead, I can quickly tell which prospects are engaging and which ones need more attention. That makes it much easier to decide who to follow up with and when. It also cuts down the time I spend on repetitive sales tasks, so I can focus more on real conversations with potential customers. What do you dislike about SalesCaptain?

One thing I dislike about SalesCaptain is that some features take a bit of time to understand when you first start using the platform. For example, when you’re managing multiple leads and setting up different sales activities, it can take some trial and error to get the workflow exactly how you want it. I think the platform could make certain options more intuitive and offer clearer guidance for new users. That said, once you become familiar with it, the overall experience feels much smoother. SalesCaptain helps solve the challenge of turning sales activity into something that’s easier to monitor and act on. For instance, when I’m managing several prospects at different stages, it lets me quickly see which conversations are progressing and where I might be losing momentum. That clarity helps me decide what truly deserves attention, rather than relying on assumptions or scattered updates.
