"Good for prospecting but with room for improvement"

2/5

What do you like best about SalesBlink?

Prospecting: it can search for leads based on a specific set of criteria and the database is pretty outdated at this point in time Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SalesBlink?

No integration with LinkedIn. I find the sales copy to be misleading to a certain extent. It states that one can setup LinkedIn sequences based on the responses given. Well, that's because you are doing it manually. i.e Someone replies on Linkedin, you have to update that manually in Salesblink to proceed to the next step. I was expecting something automated. Recommendations to others considering SalesBlink:

To make it a more well-rounded product, integration with Linkedin should be considered. Companies like reply.io have such an integration so I believe it's possible to do it without risking one's linkedin account.

More integrations with different tools, CRM and automation software will make it a much better and user friendly product. For eg, we already have our own appointment booking software. Even if it's too much to integrate with it at this point in time due to different priorities, integrating with Zapier alternatives like Integrately and Pabbly will make it easier for us to integrate Salesblink into our workflow without disrupting our existing one.

It's just not very sensible for us to forsake our current workflow and switch everything to another tool. That's the problem with all-in-one tools. By having few integrations, it makes it hard for us to incorporate Salesblink into our existing SOP.

But I like that support is pretty quick to reply. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SalesBlink solving and how is that benefiting you?

Lead generation and prospecting. Despite it being semi automated, I find the database to be the best feature. I have tools for the other features it offers. But I guess for someone who wants an all-in-one, Salesblink can be a pretty good option
