What problems is SalaryCube solving and how is that benefiting you?

SalaryCube helps us make sure we’re staying aligned with the market. I like that the software provides ranges that match market rates, and it also lets you choose to be above or below market depending on your company’s approach. It’s been especially helpful for ensuring we’re offering equitable salaries across an employee base that’s spread around the country, where cost-of-living levels can vary quite a bit.
