I've been using Salary.com since I began work with my organization almost 8 years ago. It has been a reliable tool resource for my team during my entire tenure and one I use multiple times every single day. We've updated most systems and change a lot of vendors in my time here, but we've never had any discussion about ending our partnership with Salary.com. I appreciate how easy Salary.com is to use - the system is intuitive and logical even non-technical people (like myself!) are able to use the system with ease. I also appreciate how well Salary.com interfaces with our other systems. It interfaces pretty seamlessly with our HRIS system which has helped us 1) get better data points/metrics and 2) save time doing manual work. Our Professional Services Lead Kim Scott has been a fantastic partner - always very responsive and eager to help us find ways to use Salary.com to its maximum potential. She's helped us a number of times with mass updates that have saved us countless hours from having to do the work manually ourselves. I don't have anything very negative to say. Sometimes there are some tricks to getting the system to interface with our HRIS, but it's worth trying to figure out the nuances to get the benefit of the systems connecting.
