What do you like best about SAI360?

I appreciate how SAI360 keeps each property's obligations in view, thanks to the Compliance 360 module. This module gathers all obligations, from safety inspections and certifications to lease covenants, into one place, sparing me from having to piece together scattered records. The audit trail is another standout feature for me; it provides a reliable account of how each requirement was handled, which I lean on heavily, especially for audits or updating ownership. The reports it generates slot smoothly into the summaries I prepare for ownership. Automating tasks that were once manual helps me track adherence across my portfolio efficiently, ensuring every holding meets standards ahead of audits or refinancing. What do you dislike about SAI360?

I find the interface has begun to show its age, and the overall experience leaves something to be desired compared to more modern systems. I find configuring workflows can also prove delicate, particularly when integrating external data feeds, which requires the information to be carried cleanly through the process. I would appreciate a smoother way to bring in external data feeds, as it currently takes more effort than it should, and a more modern, intuitive interface around the workflow setup would definitely make the whole process less laborious.
