What do you like best about SAI360?

The only real value i got out of sai360 were the pre-built compliance template packs (gdpr/hipaa/iso 27001)... Did not have to build all of our compliance programs from scratch... Saved us a ton of time when setting everything up. Additionally, it integrates into slack/jira/workday (which my team is already using), so notifications and to-do items don't exist in another application that people never look at. Overall having both grc and ehs functions under the same umbrella vs multiple vendors was huge (1 login vs. 5). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SAI360?

If you are brand new to grc, the user interface will throw a ton of information at you all at once and i found it took me much longer then i would have liked to figure out where all of these features existed. Customizing beyond the most basic options takes a massive amount of effort... Something you can't really do on a friday afternoon. Minor pet peeve, but the ui looks old for a product priced as high as sai360's pricing model suggests it should be... Appears no updates have been made since the introduction of their ai features. What problems is SAI360 solving and how is that benefiting you?

Prior to sai360, our risk/compliance management processes were split amongst various teams and roughly 50% of them were stored in excel/spread sheets. The use of sai360 allows us to track regulatory changes for multiple jurisdictions; therefore we are no longer reliant on someone checking a government website monthly to ensure we are compliant. Prior to sai360, this type of issue allowed non-compliant issues to occur by virtue of simply being forgotten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
