What do you like best about Sage Timeslips?

Timeslips has helped our small law firm with our billing for many years. I enjoy the efficiency for getting our client bills out each month. The program itself is pretty easy to learn. It is very helpful when trying to calculate income for our new attorney staff. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Sage Timeslips?

My only dislike is that there is no difference between the 2018 version to any new version thereto. I believe some of the features are a bit outdated and could use some help. One feature that is quite horrid is when you go to select clients in the "generate bills" or "prebills" section, you have to individually select each client in the list. There is no "Select all". The only feature that helps a little is that you can "exclude or include" what you have individually selected. Either way, very frustrating at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Sage Timeslips:

If you have a small business, this software is great. It is an easy way to generate billing for the month and a good way to keep track of your client matters. I am a legal assistant who uses this program daily and I appreciate the ease of use. The only recommendation I have to anyone considering using this program is the size of your business. Smaller businesses seem to benefit more from this program, but I am also not an expert. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Sage Timeslips solving and how is that benefiting you?

My only issue is stated above in the dislike section. With our firm being so small, it's not an "end of the world" problem, but if a customer were to have hundreds of clients that needed to be selected, it could be very problematic and you could spend all day individually selecting clients. The best benefit to come from Timeslips is that it is the key to our firm. Billing clients=generating income=staying in business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
